Rooms here offer excellent views of Magnetic Island 🏝️. They come with handy amenities like a chair, a kitchen area, and even an iron.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous.

It was just not close to many shops/cafes and there was transport nearby.

Incredible staff, spotless and updated rooms with laundry facilities and washing machine, as for instance. Great location right next to Reef hq Aquarium.

The hotel is very central and conveniently located near a port. The rooms are neat. The modern design of the hotel is appealing. The staff at the reception are welcoming.

The layout was nice and the bed was very comfortable, which is hard to get in most hotels.

There could probably be a bit more room between the bed and the kitchen counter - it was a bit tight.

The hotel is impeccably clean and the employees at reception are always pleasant and consistently courteous. the room is new-fashioned and functional, offering great views and a washing machine. Check-in is fast and late check-out is available. the location is favorable and ideal, close to everything including Magnetic Island, the river, ferries, and restaurants in town. It's a comfortable and pretty standard property that is my first choice in Townsville.

Comfortable room with all the necessary amenities 🌟. Convenient location in the heart of the city made for a relaxing stay. the laundry service was a nice touch and everything was well-organized.

The rooms were nicely furnished, self-contained and quiet.

I would stay there again except for the fact that the internet is more expensive than a nice meal. If you want to cater for business travellers you should offer free, or at least much cheaper internet.

Ideal, comfortable location in Townsville, so close to the marina/port as well as all the food places right below and across the road. For shots visit Centro Bar and Grill, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel is very central close to restuarants and bars and a short drive to the beach. The rooms are stylish, confortable and well equipped.

Although we did not use the pool, it looked very small and its overlooked by reception.
